Continuous Enrollment

Dear FBA Families,

Merry Christmas from your FBA Admissions & Business Office!  As we approach winter break and are planning for the next academic year, we want to share some important re-enrollment information.  To ease the enrollment process, each current FBA student is automatically re-enrolled unless withdrawn by the parent/guardian or upon high school graduation. There is NO action that you have to take to keep your child enrolled. 

In February or March, you will receive an email from FACTS that will include the ‘24-’25 tuition payment agreement and the $175 continuous enrollment annual fee ('24-'25 Tuition & Fee Schedule). The CE Fee will be deducted between February 26th - March 8th, ensuring your student’s seat for the next year. As a reminder, the first tuition payment for the '24-'25 school year will be due in July.

Changes to Tuition Payment Plan or Demographic Information
If any demographic information has changed (ie: phone number, address, medical information, etc.), please update the information within your Family Portal. All families will be required to have a FACTS Management account, whether paying tuition in full or by payment plan. If changes need to be made to the payment plan selections, please contact the Business Office directly by February 23, 2024. If no changes are made before February 23rd, the tuition payment plan will default to the previous year’s selection. 


Financial Aid Information
Financial Aid is need-based tuition assistance. Full-time Students (K4-12) are eligible to apply for Financial Aid through FACTS Grant & Aid. The financial aid application opens on January 3, 2024.


Withdraw Information for the 2023-2024 Academic Year
If you do not plan on your student returning to FBA for the 2024-2025 school year, you must complete the opt-out form for each child. The opt-out form closes on February 25th, 2024. If you withdraw your child after February 25th, 2024 you will incur a withdrawal fee. 

To understand withdrawal deadlines and penalties, please carefully review the Withdrawal Financial Responsibility Schedule below. If you withdraw and later decide to return to FBA for the next academic year, you will be required to complete a new application.
