First things First...

You did it! You are now part of the FBA Family! Congrats! So what's next? Below are some helpful links and information to help you feel ready to conquer the next school year. And remember...we are here to make this transition as smooth as possible for you and your student. Don't hesitate to reach out!

This is where you upload money for lunches, check grades, contact info & more!

To Begin the Athletic Paperwork (6th-12th grade):

1) Must have an active Athletic Clearance account with all signatures completed and submitted.

2). Must have a current physical on the required EL2 form.  Please have it  on file and uploaded into their Athletic Clearance account.

3). Must have completed the 3 required videos from NFHS.  This is an annual requirement that must be completed every school year.  Please upload the 3 certificates into your Athletic Clearance account.

4) If your student athlete is transferring from a non-terminal grade level, please fill out that attached GA4.  

All athletes must have the above listed requirements before they will be cleared.
