Mrs. Wennlund has 20 years of experience in education, with over a decade of school administrator experience in Collier County at various schools including Golden Gate Middle School and Lorenzo Walker Technical High School. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she holds a master's degree in English education and Educational Leadership and has previously taught English at Barron Collier High School and Christian Central Academy in Buffalo, NY. 

Mrs. Wennlund has a passion for integrating faith and education. Alongside her husband, she has been a member of First Naples church since 2018.  As a parent of two young daughters, both who attend FBA, she prioritizes instilling values of faith, compassion and service.

Mrs. Wennlund is committed to fostering a collaborative atmosphere with students, staff and parents.  She has a vison for creating a learning environment where students can thrive academically, personally and spiritually as they strive to live, learn and lead.
