Steps for Volunteering at FBA

Level 1 Volunteers:

A volunteer who has direct contact with students, only within the immediate presence of an FBA employee or is assigned duties that may not directly involve students. 

• Complete the Google form:  Level 1 Form

Level 2 Volunteers (Field Trip Chaperones/ Drivers):  

1.  Complete the Google form: Level 2 Form 

• Send application and personal references within the form to the school level office (PK/ES Brooke Muccio, MS Sarah Jansen, HS Shana Adams)

2.  School office will contact the parent for a phone interview

3.  Church office will contact parent for fingerprinting @ FBCN (please allow at least two weeks to be contacted)
